Stonebridge aims to be a church that is truly a place of deep connection, relationships, and growth.
Sunday mornings are just the start. We want there to be a number of opportunities throughout a given week where people can share life together.

Young Marrieds & Families
A group for younger married couples and families with younger children to connect and build relationships with others in a similar season of life. These gatherings will include food, games, and time for both adults and kids to enjoy being together.

Softball Hangouts
Our men’s softball team plays a doubleheader every Sunday night in the summer. Everyone is encouraged to come hang out, support the team, build relationships, enjoy conversation, and have fun together. It is also a simple opportunity to represent Jesus and Stonebridge well in our community.

WEEKLY | Every Sunday Night
Mom’s Hangout
a weekly gathering for moms and their kids to connect, build friendships, and spend time together throughout the week. Gatherings may take place at the church, a local park, the beach, or other kid-friendly spaces. The goal is to create a simple, welcoming place for moms to build community while their kids play and grow in friendship too.
Location: Burnsville/Apple Valley/Lakeville/Eagan

Young Men’s Discipleship
For young men who want to grow in what it means to become aman of God. This group will focus on spiritual formation, biblical manhood, character, discipline, calling, marriage, fatherhood, and other areas of life and leadership. The goal is to help young men build a strong foundation in Christ and prepare for the responsibilities, relationships, and callings God may place before them.

Young Women’s Hangout
Life can get full, busy, and isolating, and many women are looking for a place where they can be known, refreshed, and strengthened.
This group is designed to create a welcoming space for women to build meaningful friendships, enjoy a meal together, and be encouraged in their walk with Jesus.
